Job Description
Bring your passion for patient care and customer service abilities to this highly rated Foot & Ankle Specialty Group. We are looking for a Front Office Medical Assistant to run our practice and help maintain the best experience for our patients.
To be a rockar Front Desk Medical Assistant, you will need an upbeat personality and basic medical terminology knowledge. Organizational skills and willingness to help others will make you succeed in this role. Medical Assistant or Front Office experience is a big plus!

Responsibilities
- Maintain patient records including charges and taking copays
- Manage authorizations
- Maintain work area, exam rooms, supplies, medications and immunizations
- Friendly personality willing to support all patients
- Perform other medical assistant duties
Requirements
- Medical Assistant office experience or similar field of education
- Experience as a receptionist, medical biller, treatment coordinator, etc is a plus
- Huge plus to have an x-ray license, not required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and medical terminology
- Knowledge of medications and injection procedures
