This successful dental office in Las Vegas is looking for an enthusiastic Dental Office Manager to join our growing team ASAP! We need someone who wants to grow their dental career and is passionate about patient care!
As a Dental Office Manager, you will be a key player responsible for the flow of the office and team success. You will create a positive environment for our guests and team members. Open to candidates with Dental Office Manager or Dental Treatment Coordinator experience!

Responsibilities
- Be a leader responsible for overall management and team success!
- Lead, mentor and train front office team to follow dental office systems
- Ensuring adequate staffing to the dental office
- Manage schedule to produce a goal
- Create and present treatment plans with high closure rate
- Respond to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively
- Follow office systems, create metrics, and report directly to owner
Requirements
- Must have dental office experience, preferably as a dental office manager or dental treatment coordinator
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and organize
- Professional and positive demeanor
