Job Description:
SmileZone is looking for a bright face for their practice! The ideal candidate is an individual who creates the perfect patient experience.
The duties consist of :
- Making introductory call to patients
- Following-up on new patient visits
- Scheduling patient treatment
- Providing excellent customer service from the time the patient walks into their lobby to the time they walk out the door
A dental front desk must be friendly, energetic, and committed to excellent patient care!
The rockstar candidate would have:
- Front desk experience, 1 year (preferred)
- High school or equivalent education
- Spanish (preferred)
- Friendly and energetic traits
- Excellent customer service
