Evergreen Medical Clinic P.C., a multi-specialty outpatient clinic, is a busy private practice with five medical offices in NYC that is hiring 10+ medical receptionists! The clinic is dedicated to providing excellent patient care, and the specialties of the clinic include Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Neurology, Optometry, Ophthalmology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Physical Therapy. The practice is in the process of expanding and is looking to add Front Desk Medical Receptionists.
Both experienced and non-experienced candidates are welcome, including fresh graduates.
Responsibilities
- Checking patients in and out
- Keeping the office clean and organized
- Answering phone calls and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Billing
- Processing payments
Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a big plus, but not required
- Positive, friendly, professional demeanor
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Able to handle a busy environment
