Job Description
Bring your customer service and reception skills to this highly rated, neurosurgery office in New York! Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus. You'll be responsible for front desk reception, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and more.
Eligibility for No- Fault, Workman's Compensation and Liens.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments by email and phone
- Taking messages
- Checking patients in and out of the office
- Scanning and uploading documents in our EMR
Requirements
- Medical office experience preferred
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Spanish is a plus (not required)
