As a Front Desk Medical Receptionist, you will greet patients, learn about our facial aesthetic services, assist with patient care, collect payments, and more!

Responsibilities
- Room turn-over and sterilization between patients
- Answering phones
- Assist patients with booking appointments
- Help with patient treatment documentation
- Have full knowledge of the clinical flow
- Greet each patient with a warm smile
- Be a team player and assist where needed
- Willing to learn and cross train on all services and treatments we provide
- Learn to be knowledgeable with all skin care and retail products
- Processing payments
- Billing
Requirements
- Front office or similar experience
- Customer service or similar experience
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Must be available afternoons Monday-Thursday
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to cross train for all clinical needs
