Bring your highly qualified office management and healthcare administration skills to this speech therapy clinic! You will be in charge of running the front end of the clinic along with good decision making skills.
To be a rockstar front Office Manager/Medical Receptionist, you must have excellent communication and adjust to a face paced environment with great attention to detail. Proficiency in computer skills and medical billing required.

Responsibilities
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling
- Collecting co-payments and medical billing duties
- Medical insurance verification
- Printing reports and statements from EMR and Excel
- Manage office inventory
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Other Front Office Manager reception duties
Requirements
- Customer Service experience not required, but preferred
- Preferably proficient in medical billing, posting, insurance verification, printing reports, and statements from EMR and Excel
- Proficient Computer Skills a must
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Associates degree or relevant education is a plus, not required
