Chiro-Medical Group medical group is looking to add a Medical Assistant to their state-of-the-art facility! You would be joining a team of accredited professionals who specialize in the fields of chiropractic medicine and physical therapy. If patient care is your game, we want to talk to you!
As a Medical Assistant, you will perform various duties from appointment scheduling to pre-screening patients. If you are a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), that is a big plus!

Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking patients in
- Scheduling appointments
- Verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations and taking co-pays
- Obtaining vital signs and patient history
- Rooming patients and preparing injections
- Assisting doctors in minor in-office procedures
- Communicating with pharmacies for refills
- Corresponding with patients as needed
- Other front and back office duties
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- A plus if you have a BLS certification
- Team player and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
