Join this 5 star chiropractic and rehab center as a front desk Medical Receptionist! Elite Spine and Health Center is looking for an energetic team member to greet and welcome guests. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided!
To be a rockstar Medical Receptionist, you will need great customer service skills and a willingness to grow. Some of your duties will include checking in patients, handling payments, and assisting clinical staff. Front desk experience in a medical setting is a plus! Bilingual in Spanish a bonus.

Responsibilities
- Screen and answer phone calls
- Greet patients and ensure completion of registration forms
- Insurance billing and verification
- File and maintain patient medical records.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar
- Assist with clinical duties
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to speak Spanish a big plus
- Front desk experience in a medical setting with insurance a plus
- Organized and positive personality
- High school diploma or equivalent
