Ventura Eye Institution is seeking a Medical Receptionist to their Optometric team in Camarillo, CA! This busy ophthalmology practice specializes in treating conditions of the eye while providing excellent customer service throughout their eye care journey.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will utilize your multitasking skill to run a fast paced office and maintain the front desk well-organized. Customer service experience required! Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while checking patients in and out
- Screen and answer phone calls
- Check eligibility and verify insurance coverage
- Schedule appointments and prepare charts
- Update patient information on charts
- Other medical receptionist duties
Requirements
- 1 + years of customer service experience
- High school degree or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-organized
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required!
