We need a rockstar Medical Sales Manager who will take ownership of small healthcare accounts and build relationships to drive customer success. You will cultivate employer relationships, explore open job positions, submit qualified candidates through our platform, and score placements.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple employer relationships
- Pre-screen qualified candidates over phone or Zoom
- Review employers' job descriptions and ask any clarifying questions
- Obtain feedback on candidates from employers
- Analyze interview results to ensure the best fitting candidates are presented
- Build respect and trust with three stakeholders: internal team members, employers, and candidates
- Ensure timely communications
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in staffing, account management, or customer success
- Medical staffing or healthcare experience is a plus
- College education in business, communications, or similar field
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management
- Professionalism and the ability to command respect and trust
