This 5 star health and wellness acupuncture clinic is looking for a stellar Receptionist to add to their administrative team in Kensington, CA! This wellness clinic offers anti-aging, facial rejuvenation treatments and functional medicine services.
As a rockstar Receptionist, you will play a vital role for the entire office and help run front end duties. A plus if you have medical office experience!

Responsibilities
- Screen and answer phone calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Order and stock retail/clinical products
- Prep and stock treatment rooms
- Patient follow up and payment collection
- Update files and records
- Help creating newsletters, marketing materials, educational materials
Requirements
- A plus if you have experience in a medical office setting
- A plus if you have experience with medical billing, email marketing, or as a receptionist
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized and a team player
- Great written and verbal communication
- Quick learner and able to multitask
