The Center for Dermatology, Cosmetic and Laser Surgery has a team of dermatologists, mid-levels, and laser nurses who need your professional office management skills to keep the office running smoothly.
The Office Manager provides medical specialists with the resources required to meet patient needs and meet the financial objectives of the group practice. You will also be responsible for assisting executive leadership in planning, leading, and directing day to day clinic operations and strategic planning of our two local practice locations in Milpitas and Fremont. Extensive experience assisting with healthcare office administration is required!

Responsibilities for Medical Office Manager
- Create organizational systems for office
- Produce monthly physician productivity reports
- Oversight of HR and payroll policies and procedures, including proactive recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, timecards, payroll, and performance management
- Manage and troubleshoot office services (internet, IT equipment, electronic devices, printers,phones, and other equipment)
- Build and foster an environment of excellence by managing a staff of 40+ and developing high-performing team/culture while establishing clear direction of accountability for day-to-day operations, objectives, and strategic goals
- Conducts monthly staff meetings
- Implements marketing plan to promote practice growth opportunities
- Handles patient complaints and billing concerns to ensure quality and patient satisfaction
- Financial responsibilities including QuickBooks, payables, and bank deposits

Requirements for Medical Office Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements)
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinic setting, required
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, EMR
- Prior leadership or management experience in physician practice
- Experience managing providers and staff
