As an E-commerce Operator you will oversee domestic and International transportation from supplies to customers, provide pricing for e-commerce related operations, and ensure operations are running smoothly. Extensive experience in the ecommerce industry is preferred.

Responsibilities for E-commerce Operator
- Oversees domestic and international transportation from suppliers to destination
- Develops and maintains operational plans to include all business requirements of customers and internal compliance
- Provides pricing for E-commerce related operations such as warehousing and parcel. Maintains daily communication with customer and 3rd party carriers to ensure all inventory and shipping orders are in proper status, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provides SOP/work procedures regarding maintenance, ensuring operational best practice in line with customer requirements and compliance
- Recommends updates and changes to current processes to improve operations
- Troubleshoots and corrects all warehousing operation issues
- Monitors account issues and communicate/liaison with management to implement/drive solutions
- Daily liaison with customer, carriers, internal staff to coordinate booking, pickup, tracking and proof of delivery with appropriate documentation
- Maintains essential documentation with up to date information and ensuring that it is collated and stored so as to be readily accessible
- Reporting as needed (service failure report, claim/damage report, others)
- Ensure accuracy of data entry into Cello and other systems as needed
- Work on internal processes for potential e-commerce business.
- Monitors trends and reports changes to Management for action
- Ability to use Logistics System Modules(FIS/TMS/WMS) to manage inbound and outbound shipments, transloading and KPI management
Requirements for E-commerce Operator
- Bilingual in Korean
- 3+ years of experience in the E-Commerce or logistic industry
- Experience with, understanding of and interest in new technologies
- Knowledge of web development, maintenance, and troubleshooting required
- Ability to understand complex data and narrow down to essential information
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and assess how to manage the communication flow accordingly
- Strong knowledge of the North American market
- Distinct retail and customer service experience
- Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Skills
- Distinct customer orientation, professional presence and assertiveness
- Proficient working in a multicultural environments
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and assess how to manage the communication flow accordingly
- Outstanding analytical, organizational and negotiating skills
